GABELO TERMS OF SERVICE

NOTICE
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the GABELO Service and its software.
Registration, authorization, or any use of the Service constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
If the User does not agree, in whole or in part, with these Terms, they must immediately discontinue using the Service.
1. DEFINITIONS
Telegram
The messaging platform through which primary access to the Service is provided via the Telegram Bot and/or Telegram WebApp.
Steam / Steam Service
The online platform operated by Valve Corporation for storing, trading, and transferring virtual in-game items.
Valve Corporation
The owner and operator of the Steam platform, virtual in-game items, and related technologies.
Owner
The administration responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the GABELO Service.
Service
The GABELO platform, including the Telegram Bot, Telegram WebApp, website, server infrastructure, software, databases, and related software components.
User
An individual who uses the Service through their own Telegram account.
Personal Account
A section of the Service that provides the User with access to gameplay features, account settings, operation history, and other platform functionality.
GABELO Coin (G)
An internal virtual unit of the Service used exclusively within GABELO gameplay mechanics. GABELO Coin (G) is not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a financial instrument, or an investment asset.
Arsenal
A gameplay mechanic of the Service that allows the User to obtain random virtual items from available Collections.
Collection
A set of virtual items of varying strength used by the Arsenal to randomly determine the item received by the User.
Storage
A section of the Personal Account containing virtual items temporarily available for the User's management within the Service.
Item
A virtual in-game object used within GABELO gameplay mechanics. An Item may possess various attributes, including strength, and may be used in the Arsenal, Barter, Operations, and other Service features.
Agent
An in-game character within the Service that the User may equip with one Item and deploy to participate in an Operation.
Operation
A gameplay mechanic in which between two and ten Agents belonging to different Users participate simultaneously. The outcome of an Operation is determined automatically by the Service's algorithms, taking into account the characteristics of the equipped Items.
Barter
A gameplay mechanic that allows the User to exchange several Items temporarily available for the User's management for one of the exchange options automatically generated by the system.
Withdrawal
A Service feature that allows certain virtual Items to be transferred to the User's Steam account through Steam's trading system.
Steam Inventory
Virtual in-game items governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and owned by the respective rights holders of the Steam platform.
2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
To use the Service, the User must:
have a valid Telegram account;
authorize through the Telegram Bot or Telegram WebApp;
link a Steam account when using features related to the transfer of virtual items;
comply with these Terms of Service and all other applicable Service rules.
The Service cannot be used without a Telegram account.
To use features related to transferring virtual items to Steam, the User is solely responsible for properly configuring their Steam account, including maintaining a valid Trade URL and complying with all other requirements established by the Steam platform.
3. AGE REQUIREMENTS
By using the Service, the User confirms that they:
have reached the age of legal majority in their country of residence and are at least 18 years old;
or
use the Service with the consent of their legal representative where permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
If the User does not meet these requirements, use of the Service is prohibited.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the age information they provide.
4. PROVABLY FAIR
The Service uses random result generation algorithms.
Results are generated automatically by the system and cannot be modified by the User.
The Service Administration does not interfere with the result generation process once it has been initiated.
5. RULES OF USE
The User is prohibited from:
bypassing the Service's technical restrictions;
using automated tools, including bots, scripts, or similar software;
creating multiple accounts;
granting third parties access to their account;
interfering with the operation of the Service;
using the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
6. ANTI-FRAUD AND MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
To prevent abuse, the Service may use systems designed to detect:
multiple accounts;
suspicious activity;
fraudulent behavior;
abuse of bonuses or promotional programs.
If violations are detected, the Administration reserves the right to:
restrict the functionality of the User's account;
temporarily or permanently suspend the User's account;
revoke virtual items or GABELO Coin (G).
The Administration may apply such measures without prior notice.
7. PAYMENTS
Balance top-ups may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Funds may be used to obtain GABELO Coin (G) or to access the functionality of the Service.
Payment information is processed directly by the respective payment providers.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
The Owner does not guarantee:
uninterrupted operation of the Service;
the absence of technical errors;
that the Service will meet the User's expectations.
The Owner shall not be liable for any losses arising from:
the User's actions;
compromise or unauthorized access to the User's device;
actions of third parties;
technical failures;
force majeure events.
9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
The Owner reserves the right to:
restrict the User's access to the Service;
temporarily or permanently suspend the User's account;
revoke virtual items or GABELO Coin (G).
The Administration is under no obligation to disclose the details of investigations or the internal security algorithms used by the Service.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Parties shall make every reasonable effort to resolve any disputes through negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it may be submitted to the competent court at the place of registration of the Owner.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after any amendments have been published constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised version of these Terms.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a public offer.
The User is deemed to have accepted these Terms by performing any of the following actions:
authorizing through Telegram;
using the Telegram Bot;
using the Telegram WebApp;
using any functionality of the Service;
obtaining Items through the Arsenal;
deploying Agents in Operations;
using the Barter mechanic;
using GABELO Coin (G);
participating in events, promotions, or any other activities available within the Service.
From the moment of acceptance, the User is deemed to have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.
